Monthly Reiki circle & Sound Bath !!

Reiki Healing Circle with Sound Bath 🪷✨
A monthly space to slow down, receive, and reconnect through Reiki, meditation, breathwork, and sound.
We’ll begin with gentle breathing exercises to settle the mind, followed by an introduction to Reiki and a guided meditation. Each participant will have the opportunity to receive Reiki individually before closing the circle with a deeply relaxing Sound Bath.
