Ubuntu Leadership Summit 2026: Health & Wellness Night

Join Genesis Youth Foundation as we kick off the 2026 Ubuntu Leadership Summit with our opening session, Health & Wellness Night.
This special evening is designed to bring together youth, families, community members, healthcare professionals, educators, faith leaders, nonprofit organizations, and local leaders to learn, connect, and take action toward building healthier individuals, stronger families, and a stronger community.
Together, we will explore important topics including:
• Physical and mental health
• Preventive healthcare
• Healthy eating and active living
• Youth and family wellness
• Access to healthcare resources
• Building healthier communities through collaboration
In addition to engaging discussions and networking, attendees will have access to FREE health screenings, educational resources, and opportunities to connect with local healthcare providers and community organizations.
Free blood pressure and blood glucose screenings will be available throughout the evening.
Dinner will be served, so bring the entire family!

Calling All Healthcare Professionals & Volunteers
We are seeking volunteer nurses, physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, EMTs, medical assistants, nursing students, public health professionals, healthcare organizations, and community health workers to help make this event a success.
We are looking for volunteers to:
• Conduct blood pressure screenings
• Conduct blood glucose screenings
• Provide health education and wellness information
• Connect attendees with local healthcare resources
• Host health resource tables
If you or your organization would like to volunteer, provide screenings, or participate as a community health partner, we would love to hear from you.
