Known for great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-tier service, the saloon has overcome its share of challenges— including a fire in 2008 that destroyed the building. Rebuilt and reopened in 2009, it has since thrived thanks to loyal patrons, dedicated staff, and a strong Texas spirit. During reconstruction, every effort was made to preserve its historic status, and today visitors can still experience an authentic piece of Texas history the moment they walk through the door.
