Create a sparkling wreath made of coastal colored glass, wrapped in fairy lights for added twinkle! Follow along with Heather from Paint Plant & Create as we layer glass pieces to shape an 8” wreath. Finish with lights, small shells and a starfish for a beautiful decoration. All supplies and guided instruction included.
