This is a guided meditation by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui. We cleanse the body with gentle movements, we practice a Forgiveness self Healing meditation then Self Healing Twin Hearts Meditation together (this is a seated meditation)
By releasing old energy we begin to make way for the new fresh energy to make its way in, with that flows new ways of thinking and even new pathways for our own lives to begin to form.
This meditation is not only offering healing benefits for the meditator but it's blessing the Earth and Humanity which does absolute wonders for generating good Karma.
