You are invited on a journey back to your own wild, creative centre. This intimate three -day retreat offers a sanctuary where creativity, connection, sound, story and yoga bring you home to yourself. Slow down, realign, reenergise and rediscover the parts of yourself that have long been forgotten.
As the days unfold, something ancient stirs. Threads of belonging begin to form. You may feel yourself softening, remembering, rewilding. The spirit of the land leans closer, your voice returns, and you are held in ways you didn’t know you needed. This is the ancient practise of homecoming - returning to the self, to heartfelt community, to the land beneath your feet, and to the practise of joyful creativity.
Guided by warm, creative, highly experienced facilitators, each carrying her own lineage of craft, healing and service, you’ll journey through hand‑stitched doll making, feather adorned jewellery creation, and goddess pendants shaped with intention; all acts of soulful creation that feel grounded in sacred tradition. This is the way women used to gather for centuries.
Sink into sound healing, storytelling, journalling, meditation and yoga that will feed your body and spirit. Every wholesome meal is prepared for you with care, nourishing the body and grounding you in comfort and connection.
With only a small number of places available, this offering is rare and precious. It is an investment in you, that may be long overdue. Rest, reconnection, and the gentle beauty of being truly seen; this retreat is a gift waiting to be received. Join us if you feel the call.

Sohalia facilitates Ritual Trance Dance, is a maker of altars and a death doula. Her dreaming is to co-create a safe haven and a space for creative expression to flourish in…
to take away comparison and the notion of artist, dancer belonging to a few special individuals and return this energy to its rightful place. To enter into creative spaces with the curiosity of the child ready to learn, fail, unmake, remake all with a lightness of play with self and others.
In these times where the message is often that we need to go higher, be more positive, transcend , reinvent and do more, Sohalia’s practice, discovery and healing has come from returning over and over to the body; rethreading, remaking, slowing down and following the path of our ancestors who made not only from necessity , but for expression and connection with what is holy and sacred within us, in gratitude and wonder. Sohalia is deeply grateful to her teachers Julia Inglis (Sacred Familiar), Fleur Woods for helping her reignite this deep remembering of making in a sacred way that AI will never replace.

Amanda has a living passion for the arts and crafts. They guide her hand in new directions as one of many tools to assist with healing. Guided through expressions of moulding, shaping, touching, exploring, inventing and being, it is a path that continues to unfold in new and wondrous ways. Amanda has a gift for combining crafts with the ancient art of Yoga - an art within itself…..the art of breath. As a daily practice, the body of movement helps bring calmness to the mind, love and empathy to the heart, rhythm and clarity to the breath. Amanda reminds us of deep wisdom - that nourishment is found in the journey, not so much the destination.
