Twerkshop: Brasilian Dance Experience
About this Event
The twerkshop 🇧🇷🍑 is a 90-minute Brasilian-inspired dance experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, build confidence, and have fun moving to Brasilian music.
We’ll explore Brasilian rhythms, hip and booty movement, twerk fundamentals, and sensual expression in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.
We’ll begin with a grounding flow to leave the outside world behind and connect with your body before we start dancing.
From there, we’ll turn up the Brasilian energy with movement, music, choreography, and freestyle—ending the experience feeling confident, energized, and ready to shake some ass. ❤️🔥
No dance experience necessary. Come as you are, wear something comfortable to move in, and be ready to connect, move, and have fun.
*** Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the class!
