This 90-minute trauma-informed workshop is intentionally crafted for women of all backgrounds, body types, and movement levels who are ready to release stress, reconnect with their bodies, and reclaim their inner power through joyful, expressive movement.

We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and visualization to arrive fully in the present moment, followed by hip-opening stretches and twerk technique drills that awaken your sacral energy, regulate your nervous system, and activate pleasure. The class ends with playful choreography that supports self-expression, confidence, and embodied freedom — no prior dance experience needed!
