So many events this holiday season at The GLP! Finally, one for slowing down and turning in...Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation, also known as "yogic sleep," and will be led by our very own yoga guru and GLPeep, Alix!
This is a free event and open to the public! Yoga Nidra is great for ages 12 and up. Those under 18 must participate with a parent or guardian present.
