Join us for a unique, in-person event hosted at , Frontier Avenue, Boulder, CO, USA. Get ready to groove to the beats of while immersing yourself in an "all levels" yoga flow led by Janelle Holter, Founder of . Whether you're a yoga enthusiast, music lover, or both - this event promises an unforgettable fusion of sound and symmetry. Plus, one lucky participant will win a custom TVLA Align[MAT] (MSRP $142)!

• As someone who doesn’t “idle well” – you’ll find Janelle: doing yoga, hiking around the mountains with her doggo Luminous Flux, snowboarding tree runs in the Rocky Mountains, lifting weights with her personal training clients, and getting humbled bouldering or climbing (follow on instagram @tvla_yoga)! She started her yoga journey in 2010 because it was the perfect counterpart to any fitness training program; which then led to 10+ certifications (including an Ayurvedica Health Certfication with Deepak Chopra), leading a handful of international yoga retreats, facilitation of 30+ Yoga Alliance teacher trainings, teaching at Northern Nights Musica Festival, and the creation of her own yoga company TVLA YOGA LLC (www.tvlashop.com)!
• Her sequencing style is a hybrid of her many certifications from calming restorative shapes, energetic power vinyasa flows, rhythmic core work, and personal training posture breakdowns. Curating an alignment driven foundation to prevent injury is her top priority and she builds intentional layers into her classes with opportunities to “up-level” movements - perfect for all levels. Dedicated to supporting your well-being on and off the mat, Janelle will make sure your invested time leaves you feeling balanced.

• Steven channels deep healing wisdom into his musical offerings and artwork. From his early days of playing guitar in rock bands to his electronic music production and DJ career of the present, Steven wears his influences on his sleeve. • Steven loves to incorporate live music in his sets and constantly pushes the boundaries of his abilities as a musician. In 2018, while living in Hawaii, Steven experienced a beautiful awakening to the power of embodiment through the practice of ecstatic dance. Since then, he’s been honing his skills to curate soulful, heart-centered journeys as an offering to share the magic of music, movement, and dance.

• Bring your yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
• Doors will be open 15 minutes before the beginning of the event.
• This is an 18+ yrs event, sorry no kiddos / young adults will be admitted.
• What if I'm new to yoga? This event is for all levels and abilities!
