TVF Sunday Souper Soup Class: Mulligatawny Soup

In this winter series, learn how to prepare 3 different hearty and healthy soups. Participants will be cooking in our fully equiped commercial kitchen and led by Chef Bruce Yim and the TVF Kitchen Crew. All ingredients will be provided. Each class will last 2 hours and you will have delicious soup to take home each week. You can register for 1, 2 or for the full 3 class series. A vibrant, Southwest-inspired posole layered with hominy, chiles, and Farm vegetables.

1/18 – Mulligatawny
A comforting Indian-inspired classic with aromatic spices, lentils, and winter vegetables.

A rustic Italian favorite with tender beans, pasta, herbs, and hearty Farm greens.
