About this Event
Tired of your usual spaghetti dinner, but still crave hearty Italian food? This class is great for mixing in some traditional Italian dishes to add depth to your understanding of this classic cuisine. Learn how to balance flavors that feel indulgent with ingredients that are healthful!
On The Menu:*
- Creamy Polenta with Mascarpone and Parmesan Cheese
- Sunflower Parmesan Pesto
- Sicilian Style Stewed White Fish with Capers and Olives
- Tomato and Fresh Herb Salad
* This is a sample menu based on the menu of a previous class. The menu is subject to change based on what is in season/available and the instructor's preference.
Additional Information:
- Class fee of $60.00 per participant includes lunch of all dishes made.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Please see our for youth-appropriate classes.
Cancellation policy:
Due to the small class sizes and nature of planning for fresh ingredients, refund/transfer requests made less than 2 weeks before the class date may not be accepted. Note that refunds may not include the Eventbrite processing fee.
