Tuscadora Meet & Greet Driver Photo Event

Hey guys! We’re all getting excited for the Tuscadora Meet & Greet at the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion this August, and I wanted to share the plan for our photo tradition this year.
This year, I had the idea to add something new to our usual drone photo of the pink Jeeps. We’ve always done the drone shot of just the Jeeps, but last year a bunch of us had fun taking pictures of our pink shoes (because we all match our Jeeps and we know it). That turned out so cute.
So this year, I suggested we take a group photo of all the drivers of the pink Jeeps, followed by the fun small‑group photos — the pink shoes, the purses, the nails, the shirts, and anything else you match to your Jeep. Joyce loved the idea and reached out to me personally to create a separate event since she wasn’t able to revise her original one. I’m happy to help make sure everyone knows exactly what’s happening and when.
📅 Schedule
9:00 AM – Group Photo of All Drivers of the Pink Jeeps (Meet on Steps of Hard Rock Cafe)
This is our brand‑new shot for 2026, and we want everyone included. Please be on the steps at 9 AM so we can get this done smoothly.
Immediately After – Small Group Photos
We’ll roll right into the fun photos:
• pink shoes
• pink purses
• pink nails
• pink shirts, shorts, hats etc
• anything you match to your Jeep
Quick, energetic, and full of personality — just like our group.
Once the photos are done, we’ll have 30 min or so to:
• add contributions to the gift bags
• give out ducks
• hang out with friends
• get ready for the drone shot
10:00 AM Sharp - Drone Photo of All Pink Jeeps (SHARP)
This is our traditional signature photo. Please have your Jeep in place right at 10 AM so the drone can capture the lineup cleanly.
After the Drone Photo
Everyone can grab their gift bags, and then those joining the ride can begin lining up.
I’ll be making a separate event for the group ride so I can detail the exact route and directions for anyone participating.
