This event series has cycled into its second year and I’m so happy to keep sharing practices that honor the shifting rhythms of our inner & outer terrains.
Fall Equinox, a time when light & dark are balanced, we join together for mantra & mudra, pranayama, meditation, and nourishing movement. An Ayurvedic herbal tea and snack will be offered as we close our circle. I am also giving away essential oil rollers of my fall blend, which we’ll use on Marma and/or meridian points.
