Description:
As organizations race to adopt AI and increasingly depend on data and technology, cybersecurity, privacy and governance can no longer be treated simply as technical or compliance problems.
In this practical, business-focused session, Darren will explore the concept of Trust Capital and how founders and business leaders can deliberately build trust into their organizations without creating unnecessary bureaucracy or slowing innovation. He’ll look at how companies can balance the need to move quickly, particularly with AI, against the very real security, privacy and governance risks that come with it.
Drawing on more than two decades of experience building technology companies, Darren will share practical lessons, real-world stories and a straightforward approach to building organizations that customers, partners, employees and investors can trust.
