Experience the forest throughout the seasons and allow yourself to follow your natural rhythm for health and wellbeing
About this Event

Stress, anxiety or depression are influenced by a variety of factors and our lifestyle is without a doubt an important one of them. I've conceived these four dates as a complementary way to support yourself considering your body, mind and spirit. There is no magic solution, but there are simple, ancient, proven and effective ways to increase your wellbeing and resilience.

Join me on the four dates or just one, from March 2026 to Decembre 2026, in Epping forest, close to Chingford station, to live in tune with your natural rhythm and develop greater awareness of yourself, others and all the living world.

March 21st - 10.30 am - 1 pm: In Spring, what has been resting or slowly growing in the dark is starting to make its way to the light. The energy stored during Winter can now be used. It is the time to open up, sprout and blossom.

June 20th 10.30 am - 1 pm: In Summer, everything in nature is reaching its peak of growth, nature is lush and vigourous. It is a time to loosen and embrace the fire energy of the sun. Summer invites us to make the most of the present time and to fill our bodies and minds with its bounty.

Sept. 26th 10.30 am - 1 pm: In Autumn, nature's energy is slowing down, plants and trees are decluttering and keeping what is essential for their survival, animals prepare for hibernation. It is a time to gather and store energy and warmth.

Dec. 19th 11 am - 1 pm: In Winter, nature lies still and dormant, preserving its energy and resources, using them wisely. It is a time of rest and introspection, a time to welcome trust and patience, as it is in the stillness and dark that the seeds of transformation lie.

What will we do?

We will first take a short walk to a particular area in the forest. I will then offer you specially crafted activities to help you slow down, ground yourself and engage all your senses. And you will be invited to explore nature in an entirely new way. There will also be moments to share our experience together and time spent in silence. And to end the walk, we'll share a celebratory forest tea together.

These experiences are like a small journey where time suspends itself. They bring a restorative pause into your life and inform you of your own seasons and transitions, allowing your body, heart and mind to harmonise. It also fosters connection between people and deepens our relationship with the rest of nature.

After the walks, people often report a significant reduction of stress and a sense of peace, a lighter mood, an increased self-awareness and a deeper appreciation of our interconnectedness.

NB: A scheduled walk can be postponed due to extreme weather condition. In that case, you'll receive a message with alternative dates to choose from. There is a minimum of 4 participants for the walk to take place.

About me

I'm a certified ecotherapist and I run regular events to encourage people to reconnect with nature and community.

For almost a decade, I have been guiding small groups primarily in and around London, in order to connect people to their local environment and to support their wellbeing. The experiences I run are mindful, embodied and relational and my style of guiding is grounded, intuitive and playful.

I hold also an outdoor first aid certificate and carry a first aid kit on all my outdoor work.

Testimonials from previous events :

"I spend a lot of time in nature and often do mindful walking in the woods on my own, but a guided session offers a much more profound experience."

"It made me see and realize things I didn't expect."

"It was a magical experience."

"I'm less hyped-up, more aware of the surroundings and more peaceful."

"I'm more relaxed and more positive, emotional but positively."

"I'm more in tune with myself and nature."

"I'm not one to share in groups usually, but I really enjoyed it today."
