Do you need more joy in your life? In a time that feels dark, Roma dance has a deep wisdom to alchemize suffering into joy. Learn this unique Turkish Roma dance, called Roman Havası.
Sassy, spunky, and expressive, this dance will liberate your soul and your hips! Sometimes called Turkish Belly Dance, it is so much fun!
Natanya just got back from Istanbul where she studied with an authentic Roma teacher, deeply embodying the wisdom of this dance. Drawn by the mesmerizing movements and high energy, she travelled there to study. If you have ever felt a pulse inside that longs for expression, then join us!
Beginners and all bodies welcome! Wear fun flowing clothing and bring a scarf to tie around your hips if you have one, or we have some to borrow!
