Tunisian Music & Dance Experience

Immerse yourself in a two-day experience of Tunisian dance, music, and culture.
Designed to take participants from foundational movement and musical understanding to dancing with live music, this unique weekend explores the deep connection between rhythm, movement, vocals, and cultural tradition.
Throughout the weekend, dancers will work with live percussion and music led by master Tunisian musician Najib Bahri alongside instruction from Shani. Using the iconic Tunisian song Sidi Mansour as a guiding thread, participants will learn the music, understand its rhythms and structure, and ultimately dance to it live during the culminating workshop experience.
