The evening begins with a live Pacific bluefin tuna breakdown, followed by freshly prepared bites served directly to guests. Throughout the night, attendees will enjoy handcrafted, chef-driven dishes from interactive live chef stations featuring premium seafood and seasonal ingredients inspired by San Diego’s coastal dining scene.
