In-Person Class: Authentic Hand Rolled Pasta with Vodka Sauce (SD)

In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn the art of crafting authentic, hand-shaped pasta from scratch, a true Italian tradition passed down through generations. This class focuses on the creation of various pasta shapes, each with a unique texture and form that holds sauce in the most delightful way. You’ll gain insight into the history, techniques, and regional varieties of hand-formed pasta, such as orecchiette and cavatelli. You will also learn to make delicious vodka sauce to pair with your scratch made pasta!No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you do not already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are not included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. There is a convenient parking garage behind the venue that offers 1 hour of free parking and $3 per hour after.To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 21+.
