Tujunga Village Holiday Block Party

Tired of the same old outdoor market? Experience the interactive outdoor market at the 50th Annual Tujunga Village Holiday Block Party on Saturday December 7th from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Tujunga Avenue will be closed off to car traffic from Moorpark Street to Woodbridge Street and transform into a festive interactive street fair. 

Decorate a mini Christmas tree at the Crayola Image Arts Academy booth. Paint a Christmas ornament at the Finding Mona Lisa Paint Party booth.  Accent your face with complimentary face glitter at the Chateau de Luce booth.  Make your own unique Christmas cards at the Quill Your Dreams booth.  Enjoy complimentary facepainting at the Wesley School booth. Challenge your wiffle ball throwing skills at the Toluca Baseball booth.  Participate in a spin art bike activity at the Crayola Image Arts Academy booth. Create your own slime in the DIY slime making workshop at the Art by Olga booth.  Pick up your animal shape balloons at the Wesley School booth.  See cool Karate move demonstrations at the SoCal Karate Kids booth.  Do the cha-cha-cha at the Joaquin Gamboa Dance Class booth. Watch an artist draw portraits using family and pet photos at the Art by Olga booth.  Spend some quality time with your family playing life size board games at The Rock the Spectrum booth. 

Some of our finest restaurants will extend out into the street with their food booths serving 'grab & go's ' if your favorite restaurant is all booked up for the evening.  It's going to be a cold night so keep your tummies warm with a grilled cheese sandwich & tomato soup at the Caoti Cafe tent.  Customize an acai bowl with a variety of toppings at the Ubatuba tent. Back by popular demand is LBK's famous pizza brick oven out on the street. Stroll down to The Bar by Seabutter tent to get a treat for you and your dog. You can't have a night market without Kreation's ever so popular food & beverage samples bar.  The Aroma Cafe tent will feature Paul Cassell cookies.  Relax at the Jon & Vinny's tent and sip a refreshing Aperol Spritz while enjoying their complimentary cookies. Grab your gelato from Vitellos's outdoor patio. "Sip" wine at Giorla's new Wine Bar and "Shop" in 30+ participating Tujunga Village shops. 

You will not miss the local artisan and makers markets because it's literally just steps away into these 30+ various participating shops on the street that carry many of these product categories. Of course many of these shops will have special holiday treats in addition to a great selection of holiday products to assist you in checking off that dreaded Christmas shopping to do list. Let us be your little elves so you can be Done and Done. 

The Community Police Advisory Board (CPAB) will have a table offering helpful tips on how to stay safe this holiday season and will have a Toy Drive bin so please bring your unwrapped toys to help less fortunate families.

Live Music performances will start off with The BeatBuds (who have their own TV show on Nickelodeon).  Notre Dame's impressive 15 member Jazz band will follow. The evening will end with the Marshall High Rock Band. 

Get ready to dance the night with Soundboxtruck DJ.  Then you can rest up on a train ride around the street. 

Santa and the Mrs. will be available for a photo op session by Chateau De Luce and it will Snow on Tujunga Ave.
