She brings a fusion of smooth jazz, soul, and gospel laced with the gritty sounds of bayou blues and rock ‘n’ roll to venues across the country. “Her style, her way!” as she says.

Devon Rowland is making a huge impact on the blues music scene in L.A. Her commanding stage presence and stunningly soulful voice make it clear that she was born to sing the blues. Pamela Threats is a talented and soulful blues singer hailing from Los Angeles, California. Born as the youngest of five children, music was ingrained in her upbringing from the start. Her mother, a dedicated performing arts teacher, instilled a love for the arts in Pamela, while her father, a passionate blues enthusiast, introduced her to the powerful and emotive world of blues music. Throughout her musical journey, Pamela has lent her soulful and powerful voice to various bands across Southern California. She has captivated audiences with her ability to convey raw emotion and tell stories through her songs. She remains an inspiring figure in the blues community, using her talents to keep the genre alive and touch the hearts of many with her soul-stirring performances.
