Tuesday Wellness - Yoga in the Gallery with Vanessa

Vanessa will be leading yoga in the gallery, surrounded by our current exhibition, for a unique yoga experience.

Vanessa Hatton-Riviera is the proud founder of Body 'n Soul Yoga, Bishop's Stortford's first yoga studio, and now expanding into London. For the past two years, she has served as the UK Yoga Lead for Virgin Active. Vanessa's life off the mat infuses her teaching with a vibrant and unique perspective, inviting students to explore beyond the surface. Her classes are a fusion of creativity, effectiveness, and nourishment, emphasizing a balance of flexibility and strength—both physically and mentally.
