Meditation meets Ecstatic Dance meets Electronic Music.

Once a month we come together on a Tuesday evening for a meditative, yet high-energy dance session at b23 to shake off the tensions of every-day life & connect with our bodies in a mindful & playful way. This session is the little sister of the Friday Shake Off, which takes place every Friday and features slower, softer electronic music.

We start the session in a circle, enter into our bodies together, move through journey of electronic music performed live by a DJ, and arrive back in silence. No phones, no talking, just us and our bodies moving, feeling, releasing, connecting. Tickets are limited to ensure sufficient space for everyone.

Every body is welcome and no prior dance experience needed. Make sure to wear or bring comfy clothing and your water bottle.

About the DJ

is a Berlin-based DJ and producer, driven by her passion for electronic music and the endless possibilities it offers. She loves digging across places, tempos and rhymes , constantly searching for new genres and fresh combinations that match her and the crowd's mood. She is fascinated by rhythm and the way it impacts your body as her music is deeply connected to dance. Expect her to make bodies move in all kinds of ways. Her style is deliberately genre-fluid as she gets bored sticking to a single genre, so her sets are built around rich rhythms, percussive energy, and deep bass, moving freely between bass music, house, latin sounds and more but always with a sexy and sensual touch. In her production, she is trying to experiment and combine different genres, rhythms in order to create new sounds.

About the facilitator

is a certified meditation teacher, a DJ and the co-founder of b23. Over the years he deepened his practice through retreats and through his time learning from a Yogi in an Indian ashram. The essence of his work are his own daily practice and his deep curiosity to explore the many ways we can connect with ourselves and others in the present moment. His teaching approach can be described as simple, holistic, playful & heart-centered.
