Race season is here, and it’s time to lock in.
Tuesday Night Trenches is our dedicated 10-week HYROX & Gym Race preparation programme, built to improve your endurance, strength, power, conditioning and race-day confidence.
Whether you’re taking on your first event or chasing a new PB, these sessions are designed to prepare you for every aspect of race day. Each week you’ll train alongside a motivated community, be coached through race-specific workouts, and develop the fitness needed to perform when it matters most.
This isn’t just a weekly class—it’s a complete preparation programme.
When you join, you’ll also be added to our exclusive prep community, where you’ll receive additional weekly training sessions, guidance and accountability to keep your progress moving between classes. The goal is simple: arrive on race day stronger, fitter, and more confident than ever.
With only 20 athletes per session, you’ll benefit from high-quality coaching, individual feedback and an environment that pushes everyone to improve together.
