Join us for this one day event at The Game Room in Sonora, opening at 2PM PST, and running until 10PM PST. Parking will be available on site.Despite not needing to pay online during checkout, bracket fees and entry fees will need to be presented in cash at the venue. To attend the event, there is a $10 entry fee that helps go towards paying for the venue. Singles brackets will cost $10 to enter, doubles brackets are $5 per teammate, and crews will also be $5 per teammate. In order to keep your schedule somewhat manageable, players are allowed to enter 4 brackets at most.
^ For example, as being signed up for my entrance fee ($10), Melee Singles ($10), Melee Doubles ($5), Melee Crews ($5), and Ultimate Singles ($10), I would show up to the venue with (at least) $40 (IN CASH!!).
If you wish to run an artist booth, we have 3 tables on-site that are first asked-for, first served. If additional vendors/artists would like to bring their own table and set up, we have 7 slots available; the later 4 will have to supply their own table. Must provide your own banking for the financial side of things. Reach out to MNR for further inquiries.
The pot for each bracket will be determined by the total bracket fees. If either singles bracket caps, the prize pool would be $10 x 64 entrants; aka $640. Doubles peak at $160, and crews at $180. If there's any pot bonuses, updates will be posted in the Discord.
The tournament is open to all ages, so do your best to be respectful of that. For anyone under 18 who wishes to attend, we recommend to have a parent/guardian accompany you.
With entry, the venue has offered free pool 🎱 for attendees.
