Run. Hike. Walk. Crawl.Hill repeats are one of the best conditioning tools available without a prescription. And SO MUCH FUN with a group of other crazy people (aka Trail runners).
We meet every week at 5:30 in Parking Lot D off Lakeshore Blvd and then head into the park trails. If you’re running late, you can always come find us out there doing our usual loops on loops, back and forth! 🤪 (typically we post the general area we will be headed to in the park that week a day or two ahead).
First timer? No worries! For anyone not familiar with our format: We warmup jog in together (about 10 minutes), preview the loop all together, run one direction for 20 minutes, change direction and run for another 20 minutes (all at your own individual pace), meet up and cool down jog out together (another 10 min).👍 Very low key and no pressure. Everyone does their own thing… together!🤜🤛
