Starting next Tuesday at 6:00 PM, join Coach Chelsea for 60 minutes dedicated entirely to building strength, confidence, and muscle.
We'll focus on proper lifting techniques, progressive strength training, and helping you become stronger week after week in a supportive, community-driven environment.
Whether you're new to strength training or looking to take your fitness to the next level, this class is designed to challenge you, encourage you, and leave you feeling accomplished.
