About this Event
This wellness-focused networking event targeted towards adult professional women, combines self-care practices with professional connection. Attendees should bring a yoga mat for the CIRCL Mobility Class, which kicks off the session with physical movement. The agenda also includes breathwork and mindfulness activities to center the mind, followed by an expert-led discussion on stress and burnout facilitated by D’Jalentta Kumar, MS, CMHC. At the end of the event, there will be networking opportunities (with a quick activity to get everyone comfortable with each other), allowing participants to connect with others in a relaxed, holistic setting. The overall goal is to help recharge your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, while building meaningful relationships. There will be wellness centered prizes given at the end of the event.
