Meditations for Relaxation: Learn how to relax your mind and join us for a half day workshop that teaches you meditation skills and leaves you feeling great! Learn simple meditations that enable you to relax your mind giving you a feeling of inner peace and tranquility.

Meditations for a Clear Mind: When we have negative thoughts our mind feels heavy and it is almost impossible to think fast and sharp, or feel happy and creative. This weekly classes looks at meditations to undo unhelpful and unhealthy mindsets and habits so that our mind and life become clear and positive.

• Prayers for meditation: 5min
• Breathing meditation: 10-15 min
• Teaching & Discussion: 20-25 min
• 2nd Meditation related to teaching: 15-20 min

Kadampa Buddhist teacher Janice met Kadampa Buddhism 20 years ago, and has been studying and practicing under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and his senior diciples ever since. She has taught and guided many meditations for over a decade and her approach to guiding meditations and explaining Buddha's teachings is light-hearted, easily applicable, and relevant to modern daily lives.
