Every Tuesday evening (apart from the first Tuesday of the month) we meet for our weekly club run, and all paces are welcome.

🏃♀️ What to Expect
Weekly pace groups, typically covering 7:30 to 10:30 min/mile, so there’s a group for everyone.
Qualified run leaders, all our leaders have completed or are completing England Athletics LiRF training.
Friendly, inclusive atmosphere, whether you’re training for a race or just running for fitness.
