Tuesday 18th Feb - Activities

TUMBLE WORKSHOP 11am-1pm- This session is suitable for athletes aged 5-16 of any tumble ability. This session is open to new and current Brave members. No show and tell as this runs alongside Open Gym.

OPEN GYM 11am-1pm- These are unstructured sessions where coaches will be on hand on request to assist you with practicing existing or working on new skills. We therefore ask that the athletes that attend are old enough to be able to practice in these conditions. No show and tell.

SHEET WORKSHOP 1:30pm-3:00pm- Sheet workshops are good for those that are determind to progress with their sheet, this session gives extra time and coaching in addition to their classes to help them reach their goals a bit quicker! There is no guarentee that the sheet will be passed in this session but progress is sure to be made. No show and tell.

NEW: You are now able to book onto a morning workshop & afternoon workshop in one ticket (which is at a discounted price to booking two seperate tickets). This means your athlete will participate in the morning session 11am-1pm (either Tumble Workshop or Open Gym), have a lunch break 1pm-1:30pm, then participate in the afternoon workshop (Sheet Workshop) 1:30pm-3pm. You will need to bring a packed lunch, we ask that this does not contain fizzy drink or nuts. Squash is allowed in lunch boxes as long as it is separate to the water bottle for the gym.

We will open the door at the start time of the event and let out athletes just before the finish time for athletes to be collected. Please note, once you are checked into this session and come into the gym, there is no front of house open during this time for guests/parents to wait.

We ask that you bring water in a named bottle, all jewellery is removed or taped up, hair is out of the face in a style that will last the duration of the session, you wear comfortable, sporting clothes along with bare feet or cheer shoes. Brave apparel can be bought from our on site pro shop, but neither the apparel or cheer shoes are compulsory. Our 'Cheer Shoe Recommendation' document can be found on the homepage of our website. We recommend outdoor shoes that can be slipped on and off rather than lace up shoes to avoid congestion.

Please ensure ALL items brought to Brave are clearly named, any lost property that is not named is disposed of at the end of each night.

Due to the positive and relaxed culture at Brave, we implement a closed session policy. We find this helps participants to feel at ease and confident to step outside their comfort zone to progress. If you require any feedback on your child's progress or have any questions please speak to the person on the front desk.

Please use the parking bays provided to the side and back of the premises, depending on the time of day there may also be roadside parking. Please avoid parking in the neighbouring businesses spaces whilst they are open.
