Tamariki Tū Tamariki Ora is recruiting. 💚
We’re looking for passionate, courageous and resilient people to join our Intensive Intervention and Specialist Support teams.
And we want to be upfront: this mahi is not for the faint-hearted.
You’ll work alongside tamariki and whānau navigating complex circumstances. There will be challenging days and courageous conversations. You’ll need to hold boundaries, navigate complexity, make considered decisions and remain grounded when situations are difficult.
But you’ll also have the opportunity to do mahi that matters.
We’re looking for people who bring heart and strength. People who listen before they speak, see the mana and potential in others, work well as part of a team and aren’t afraid to step into difficult conversations when they need to happen.

This isn’t your typical interview.
You won’t spend the afternoon sitting across a table answering a list of questions.
Instead, you’ll meet our team and take part in a collaborative group activity exploring real life scenarios reflective of the mahi.
We’re not looking for perfect answers.
We want to see how you think, how you communicate, how you respond to challenge and how you work alongside others.
