About this Event
The Santa Clara City library is partnering with TRUST and hosting them monthly at Central Park Library and Mission Branch Library. During these visits, the TRUST team will provide information about their services and resources to our community members.
Central Park Library - Every first Thursday of the month, 3 p.m.- 5 p.m.
Mission Branch Library - Every second Wednesday of the month, 10 a.m.- 12 p.m.
TRUST is a community service that helps Santa Clara County residents during urgent mental health or substance use situations. TRUST treats every situation on a case-by-case basis, providing responsive care without involving law enforcement and triaging other teams when needed.
TRUST call center and field response teams are available 24/7 to answer calls for help. The program is a partnership between three social service agencies in Santa Clara County: Momentum for Health, Pacific Clinics, and HomeFirst Services. TRUST field response teams include professionally trained behavioral health staff and individuals with lived experience.
