MANCHESTER! The Irrepressibles will perform alongside the brilliant at a new Pride festival that aims to let queer voices speak for themselves through music, art, comedy and talks called TRUE PRIDE.
A queer in-house string quartet will accompany various artists including Avantgarde artist Leo Chadburn and perform music by queer composers in the Arts Lounge. The acoustic stage will play host to Manchester's most brilliant queer singer-songwriters. The Basement will electrify with queer electronica, hip-hop, grime and Afrobeat with Witch of the East, Jamie Irrepressible, DJ's Bollibubbles,and London rappers Reptile B turning into a Trans focused floor at midnight. the UK's foremost dance party for queer men - DILF - will take over will take the central stage, and Stepford Wives, DJ Sandra D and Liines the upper Lesbian floor from midnight to 2am with so so much more yet to be announced. The festival is LGT curated with one of the panel Jamie Irrepressible himself so if any of his live spectacles are anything to go by this will be the Pride event of the year and he's only one part of an incredible team of Manchesters finest party organisers.
