Here at Kula we believe in all around wellness and that includes supporting one another in times of loss.Walking through intense #grief is a struggle we all come to at some point in our lives, but at times, that grief can begin to feel too heavy to carry alone. After the loss of a loved one, we can start to feel like others just don't understand or that they are no longer interested in hearing us talk about our loss. The few support groups that are local to us are often accompanied by religious coursework that not everyone is comfortable with, but EVERYONE needs support.
This is a peer support circle meaning that it is simply a place for us all to come together and share, provide space for one another, and to find space for ourselves.
Anyone who has lost a loved one and is struggling with grief is welcome to attend. The event will be held monthly and is free to attend. Registering allows us to know how many to expect but is not required.
