The TRU Challenge is coming to Missing Link CrossFit, and we couldn’t be more excited to host another incredible day of fitness, competition, and community!
Whether you’re a seasoned competitor, a weekend warrior, or someone who’s never stepped onto a competition floor before, the TRU Challenge was designed with YOU in mind.
This isn’t an elite-only event. It’s not about finding the fittest person on Earth. It’s about challenging yourself, celebrating your fitness, and experiencing the energy that only comes from a room full of athletes pushing each other to be their best.
Expect fun and challenging workouts, loud cheers, high-fives, personal victories, and an atmosphere that will leave you inspired long after the final workout is complete.
