Divisions: Novice, Intermediate, Masters, Adaptive
(Masters based on age as of Dec 31, 2025)
TRU Challenge is built for the 95% of athletes who aren’t RX firebreathers. Expect to be challenged, expect to sweat, expect to laugh—and expect to finally see WODs where you can say: “I CAN DO THAT!” Grab your friends and compete in a fun, welcoming, high-energy event.
