Please join us on Saturday, April 18 from 2pm-7pm, at The Augusta Elks Lodge for a Celebration of Life JAM honoring our friend, the late, local bluesman, David Mello. This will be our opportunity to gather and share stories about our love for Dave, and what he meant to us and the greater musical community. His fans are far and wide, and we would like everyone to come and celebrate the wonderful life friend and musician, David Mello.
This music Jam will be hosted by backline Steve Kaulback, Dave Bottom and Leo Lynch. The Master of Ceremonies is Kevin Kimball and we are welcoming all musicians and friends of Dave to come and participate in whatever way they can. The event will be catered by The Bread + Butter Catering Company and there will be a cash bar offered by The Elks.
And, just to be clear ~ this is not a fundraiser or benefit, although there will be a “tip jar” that will be encouraged, and the proceeds will be going to Dave’s wife, Dawn Mello.
