Welcome to the TRS-Care State Fair of Health! Grab your boots—because the 2027 TRS-Care Health Education Fair is rolling into Midland this fall! Join the Teacher Retirement System of Texas and our trusted partners for a state fair style experience designed to help you explore, understand, and make the most of your 2027 TRS-Care benefits.

Admission is FREE!

Enjoy:

• Benefits presentations from 8:30 a.m. to noon

• A come and go exhibit hall from 9:00 a.m. to noon

• Parking details: Free surface lot parking is available onsite. NOTE: TxDOT has started a project that will improve the transition from FM-1788 to the Highway 191 Frontage Road. At the time of this update, all highway service roads are down to one lane approaching the intersections of FM 1788 and 191. Whether you are traveling from Odessa or Midland, TX, expect delays and plan your trip accordingly to ensure timely arrival.
