Tropical Kokedama Workshop at GARDENWORKS Courtenay

Our expert instructors will guide you through the art of crafting a kokedama, a Japanese gardening technique that involves creating moss-covered plant spheres. You'll learn the secrets of selecting the perfect tropical plants, preparing the soil mixture, and shaping the kokedama to ensure your creations thrive in their new environment.

Choose from a lush selection of 10cm and 15cm tropical plants, from vibrant ferns, cascading pothos, and more! Sitting on a table or strung from a window, these plantings are a unique conversation piece or gift!

Materials and supplies are subject to change and substitution. Additional materials can be purchased on the day of the workshop for additional cost.
