Trinchero Wine Dinner - "Piedmont & Priorat" with Julie Pepi

Join us for an unforgettable evening as we explore two of the world’s most celebrated wine regions — Piedmont, Italy and Priorat, Spain — through a five‑course, family‑style dinner led by Julie Pepi and Chef Greg Rodriguez.

This immersive tasting experience showcases top-tier producers from each region:

• Ceretto — a benchmark Piedmont estate known for exceptional Barolo and Barbaresco
• Vall Llach — a renowned Priorat producer crafting powerful, old‑vine Garnacha and Cariñena wines

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy thoughtfully curated pairings that highlight the contrast, character, and heritage of these two iconic wine regions. Julie Pepi will guide the tasting with engaging insights into each wine, while Chef Greg presents a menu designed to complement and elevate every pour.

• 6:30–7:00 PM — Arrival & social welcome with a 3 oz pour of Cava or Prosecco
• 7:10 PM — First course served; seated dinner begins
• Family‑style seating under covered tents, with Julie presenting from the center of the tables
