Dogs can celebrate Halloween too!
Tulare Parks & Recreation presents Tricks & Treats, a Doggie Halloween Party out at K9 Bane Dog Park on Friday, October 24th, 2025, from 9AM to 10:30AM. Free Community Event
There will be a Dog costume contest, dress your dog to win either of the categories: Best in Show or Best Creative Duo.
There will be a photo booth so you can capture memories with your fur pal.
