The Trial Advocacy Conference will be led by members of the judiciary, focused on building practical courtroom skills. With separate tracks for civil, criminal, and probate/family practice—and sessions designed for both jury and bench trial settings—participants will explore pre-trial strategy, voir dire, evidence presentation, and persuasive case theory. The program covers opening statements, direct and cross-examination, objections, and closing arguments.
The conference concludes with a full mock trial featuring live feedback from judicial officers. Whether you’re new to litigation or looking to deepen your skills, this conference offers structured, practice-oriented instruction from experienced judges.
