Trevor's Zoom Yoga Class - Saturday November 23rd 10:30am PST

Join me for a mixed level vinyasa Yoga practice on Saturday November 23rd at 10:30am PST and lets de-stress and flow together. Donations are appreciated but not necessary. This class is kept alive by the generosity of those who choose the donation option.

The class will be through Zoom. You can use the Zoom App on your mobile device or computer. Just click the link you receive in your confirmation and subsequent e-mails and set it up. .

I have already created the group chat for this class, the link will be e-mailed to you when you sign up. I'll be on it at about 10:25am on Saturday November 23.

Eventbrite will also send you an e-mail with the link 30 min before class starts.

Please modify, rest, and do whatever you need to do to take care of yourself, and for sure make sure you have medical clearance to exercise. Since I can't see you or help your form it will all be on you, but at least we will feel the community together through the web.
