The City of Longview’s TREEmendous Initiative is helping grow Longview’s tree canopy through the planting and giveaway of 5,000 trees across the community.
At this event, 150 trees representing 5 species will be available for City of Longview residents to take home and plant on their private property.

-150 trees available
-5 tree species to choose from
-Must be a City of Longview resident
-Trees and species selection are available on a first come, first served basis
-Great Lawn at the Longview Arboretum
Please use the West Entrance in the Convention Complex parking lot
Once all 150 trees have been given away, no additional trees will be available.
Residents who receive a tree will also have access to resources to help them care for their new tree and support Longview’s growing urban canopy.
