The experience begins with the rich aroma of ceremonial cacao, setting the tone for a heart-centered practice. Participants are greeted with a comforting cup of rich cacao, specifically selected for its ability to enhance mood, clarity, emotional release and nervous system detoxification. The atmosphere is designed to cultivate a sense of warmth and connection.

Cacao Ritual

As you sip your cacao, you’ll be guided through a brief ritual to set intentions for the session. Karoline will serve a Cacao Blue Lotus recipe that serves as a facilitator for deeper emotional exploration, helping to awaken your heart and elevate your state of consciousness. Participants are encouraged to focus on personal intentions, desires, or areas for healing, allowing the cacao to open the pathways of the heart.

Breathwork

Following the cacao ritual, the session transitions into a powerful breathwork practice with the intention to aligning our chakra system. Using intentional pranayama techniques, participants will engage in guided exercises that promote oxygenation, emotional release, and a heightened state of consciousness.The breath becomes a tool for liberation, helping to clear mental clutter and emotional blockages while fostering a sense of inner calm and focus.

Reiki Energy Healing

With hearts opened and energy flowing, the facilitator introduces Reiki energy healing into the experience with a touch of aromatherapy for uplifting our senses. As a channel for universal life force energy, Reiki works to enhance relaxation and facilitate deeper healing on emotional, physical, and spiritual levels. Participants may feel the comforting energy enveloping them, as the facilitator gently moves around the space, providing hands-on or hands-off healing, depending on individual preferences.

Hypnotic Sound Bath

The journey culminates with a soothing sound bath, where crystal and Tibet singing bowls, gong, chimes, therapy harp and other resonant instruments envelop the space in harmonious vibrations to allow participants to drop into their parasympathetic nervous system. The sound waves penetrate deeply, aiding in integration and promoting a state of blissful relaxation.
