Tree Meditation + Herbal Foraging

In this very experiential and fun class, you will learn all about the wonderful evergreen trees (pine, redwood + more) and wild plants growing near you, and how to make some good herbal medicine through ethical wildcrafting and foraging. This will be a highly experiential and on-foot class in Golden Gate Park of San Francisco. Our journey will begin with a meditation in a redwood tree grove near HAUM in the Haight, followed by a wild plant and tree magic walk.
