Fearless and Grounded: Breathwork, Cacao & Reiki for the Root Chakra

The Root Chakra - Muladhara - is the energetic foundation of our safety, security, and sense of belonging. When it’s in balance, we feel grounded, connected, and resilient. But during times of transition — whether it’s a move, a relationship shift, career change, or an emotional upheaval - this center can become depleted, leaving us anxious, unsteady, or stuck in survival mode.

This 2-hour experience offers a nourishing path back to steadiness through breath, gentle movement, sacred cacao, and energy healing.

• Gentle Kundalini kriyas with breathwork to awaken inner strength and release fear
• A grounding cacao ceremony to root into the present moment
• Reiki healing to balance and energize your root chakra
• Guided rest, journaling prompts, and intention setting
• Optional sharing circle to connect and integrate

All levels welcome. No prior experience with Kundalini or cacao needed.

About Your Facilitator: Lola specializes in activating the parasympathetic state through Restorative Yoga and Reiki. Lola’s roots are Indigenous to Central America, and her offerings are deeply inspired by the Earth-honoring traditions of her lineage. A lifelong practitioner of the holistic arts and yoga, she finds true joy in sharing healing practices that help others reconnect to their bodies, breath, and inner power. Lola strives to make an authentic connection with every person that she teaches and heals. She is a Reiki Master and is available for private Reiki sessions for emotional and physical relaxation. In addition to working with adults, Lola also loves teaching Yoga to kids. In her free time, Lola is training for her 1st Black Belt in Kung Fu and hunting for the best vegan spots in the city.
