🌳 Tree Guardians 🍎Would you like to become a Tree Guardian? or come to our Tree care session?
We can give you training and support. The Tree Care Sessions run the first Sunday 10.00-12.00 every month. First Sunday every month we meet at Hollingdean Park West side entrance every first Sunday of the month. and we will wait 10 minutes before going to our location. Task are to mulched with woodchips, Pruning, check for damages & disease so they can thrive.
Have you ever noticed the many fruit and nut trees around Hollingdean? They were planted by Brighton Permaculture Trust (BPT) and are now in the care of Growing Hollingdean (GH) by our Tree Guardian volunteer. They were planted to increase biodiversity, food security, carbon capture.
Please wear suitable clothing for the weather and bring a drink and a snack if needed.
📍Hollingdean Park West side entrance, Lynchet Cl, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN1 7EY, UK every first Sunday of the month.
⏰ 10am - 12pm we will wait 10 minutes before going to our location.
(Uander 18s need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian)
